"Something simple made incredibly complicated by this travel consultant. We had to ask again and again for the information we needed, and explain what we wanted at least as many times. Bits and pieces of information were given and changed continuosly. Dates of last payment for instance. The policy to make a hotel reservation and not getting to know the hotel's name until the reservation was made, was strange to us. At the end the hotel was ok, but it would have been MUCH easier to make the reservation with the hotel ourselfs."
