"Jim and Michael were very friendly and professional. Michael explained in great detail what was wrong with my car. Unfortunately, the problem I was having couldn’t be corrected due to the part not being available. I think the part has to be ordered from Cadillac. Even though that couldn’t be corrected, I will still continue to take my autos (4) there for tires and repairs. Great service!"

"My son dropped off a fairly new tire that needed to be plugged in Tuesday, December 26th and was told to come back the next morning and they should have it done. He went back as they stated and it was not done. They asked him to come back at 5pm, he did and they still didn’t have his tire plugged. They then lost his tire and it took them 20 minutes to find the tire and they still hadn’t plugged as requested. They then tried to upsell him to get a new tire instead of doing what was requested and they said they would do, which was plug the tire. They wasted two days of my son’s time and didn’t do what they said as they would. He ultimately went to Advanced Auto and bought a plug kit and fixed it himself for $15. But their service sucks and I would tell you to go elsewhere. They should be glad I was not with him…unacceptable service and professionalism."

"Both Jim and the other guy were very nice. The job was well done. I had a 10am appointment and the car was taken in at 1pm and done by 3:45pm. 5 hrs plus with just breakfast I was anxious to say the least. They don't have enough man power for the load of work. Again if i knew it was going to take that long I would had step out and done my errands ,eat lunch and come back. They apologize,and I can tell they were as upset as I was, as they didn't care for theirs customers, it was out of their hands. Big companies don't pay attention to the little stores and everyone suffers."
