"This is the worst Dollar General in the Hephzibah area. It’s the closest to my house but I often find myself driving to the one at Bennock Mill because Brown Rd is ALWAYS out of stock. Empty shelves throughout the store but yet there are pallets and buggies full of merchandise in the aisles. All of the employees always seem like they have other places they would rather be and are usually hanging out up front talking. This store needs to either be shutdown or needs a major overhaul."

"I sent my wife in to purchase me a pack of Marlboro 100's in the box. The cashier pulled out a box that had black across the top. My wife asked her if the packaging had been changed because "his pack is red." She assured my wife that the pack was correct. My wife came out to the car and I told her it was wrong and we took the pack back inside to exchange them. The clerk refused to exchange them and said "here we go. " I ended up without a pack of cigarettes AND without my money back and she basically called my wife a liar. The manager stood there and offered NO solution at all. The drawer better be over the cost of a pack of cigarettes. This store has lost a loyal customer that spends between $100-200 every month. I will take my business to Family Dollar, Pine Hill. and Food Lion. At least they're honest and won't steal my money from me. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with this store. They're notorious for locking up 15 or more minutes early when they have people pulling up in the parking lot. Then they pick and choose who they want to let in. I don't normally complain but this is wrong and I don't take kindly to being called a liar and losing money."

"Horrible store! The worst in all of Augusta! The manager a lady is very rude and hateful! Racist and follows you around the store and makes you so uncomfortable you have to leave! She has refused some of my family service before !! She has ever snatched items out my hand before and told me I could not purchase them! Some thing needs to be done about this woman. I will not go back into this store until they get a new manger and she no lon get works there! It's more than a hand full of people saying these things about here ask everyone in the area! She will never disrespect me and my kid again not my family! I hope she is fired because she obvisouly doesn't need a job or Hayes the one she does have if she comes to work to treat people horrible! Corporate please take action!!! Would rate 0 if I could ! There always carts all through the isles and you can never even get through the store!"
