"I have a 2005 Ram 3500 and had taken it to a different shop to have the AC worked on, after I left there I noticed a sulfur smell coming from the AC vents and took it back to them and they first told me that they didn't smell it, then later told me that it was the catalytic converter causing the smell so then I called Bruce and explained what was happening, he said bring it in and we will check it out for you, when I arrived he and one of his employees came out and right off they found the problem , one of the batteries was about to blow. They advised me not to drive it because it was dangerous, they checked the battery connections and found that the other shop hadn't tightened them when they disconnected them to work on the AC and it was shorting everything out. Bruce told me that they were backed up but he could get me back on the road, it was only 4 hours until closing time and it was Memorial day weekend but they would take care of it for me, well about 3 hours later he called me and said my truck was ready.They had to replace the 2 batteries that were only just over 2 years old, put new ends on the cables and make a new crossover cable that was damaged because of the negligence of the previous shop. They made short work of the mess I had been left with and the price was very reasonable, they are very nice and polite and they explained the whole thing to me before anything was done. I would recommend them to anyone who has a problem with their Chrysler vehicle."
