"I visited Tint World in Lexington to have my entire car tinted, including the windshield. Having been there a few times without encountering any issues in the past, I believed they delivered quality work. However, my recent experience, as I brought in my new truck with less than 1000 miles, left me thoroughly disappointed. They instructed me to arrive at 1:15, and despite being punctual, the lady at the front desk displayed an attitude, informing me that the tint guy had left for lunch. This contradicted the information I received when I called earlier to inquire about a suitable time. Nonetheless, I dropped off my truck and went about my day. After four hours, I picked up my truck, only to discover that the screen mirror, which gives the illusion of an actual mirror using a camera and a screen, wasn't working. It was flickering, turning on and off, and eventually, it stopped functioning altogether. I returned the next day after the windshield had dried to get the tint strip, assuming they could fix the mirror issue. Upon returning, they assured me the mirror was working fine, provided the tint, and I hopped into my truck without even leaving the premises. To my dismay, the mirror malfunctioned again. After informing them, they spent another hour and a half attempting to rectify the issue, only for it to persist after a one-minute drive. Frustrated, I called Tint World again, explaining that the mirror was still not working. The person on the phone advised me to bring it back, asserting that they could fix the wire. However, I insisted that the mirror was broken, and repeated attempts to fix it had failed. The person suggested taking it to the dealership under warranty, but I emphasized that the damage occurred during their installation, making it their responsibility. Having received no response throughout the day, I decided to go to the dealership, where they kindly agreed to fix the issue at no cost. Relieved, I called Tent World to update them on the situation. The front desk, once again displaying an attitude, questioned if it was a problem with my truck and if that's why the dealership handled it. I made it clear that the fault lay with Tint World, and I was grateful the dealership could resolve the issue. This experience has compelled me to leave a negative review, something I've never felt the need to do before. Despite past bad experiences elsewhere, this tops the list for me. While the tint overall did look good, I can't help but wonder if my treatment was influenced by my age. At 20 years old, driving a nearly $90,000 truck, I felt that assumptions may have been made about me being a spoiled kid with parents footing the bill for everything. However, I want to emphasize that I did pay for the truck and the almost $700 in tint. This adds to my disappointment and provides another reason for leaving this review. I should have a working mirror in the new few weeks thanks to the dealership."

"Overall liked the outcome of the services I received, but it came with dealership-like treatment. I went for tail light tint and brakes. My tail light had a pre existing small crack that was expanded due to the heat gun and pressure applied to get the tint on. It makes sense, but a heads up would be nice. Julie said the crack was already like that even after I showed her proof it was not. You will also be charged at book price at this location, not actual time it took for installs such as at a dealership. I was billed for just over 7 hours of work when it was done in just over 5 hours. An extra $200 for book price."

"Jason and Julie were phenomenal to work with with top-notch customer service. The communication was great regarding what they were doing and when the work would be complete. Turnaround time was super fast. They did a complete blackout job on my 2024 Palisade and it looks sick! I would never hesitate to take my vehicle to them in the future! "Great experience every time I've come here. I think the guy that is normally at the front counter is the owner. Either way, he's a very friendly person and knows his stuff. If you're looking for a good place to get your windows tinted, aftermarket custom vehicle lighting and/or car stereo sales and installation. I highly recommend checking this place out first!"

"Tint World was Amazing! very knowledgeable team and fast work.Took the wife's Mazda 6 in for an appointment today and they did an awesome job. The gentleman at the front desk got me in the right direction on how I wanted the tint to look and what fit best and they got right on it! I can not find any flaws in the workmanship or the tint itself beyond the natural haze from installation. It is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! I will definitely be back for more work done. They have a clean lobby with cool display screens showing different available products and services as well as a full selection of speakers as well as small selection of off-road Fuel and Rhino rims.
