"Great Customer service from beginning to end. They explained the whole process to me right down to explaining how I would contact the insurance company and rental car company. They even gave me an instruction list to follow and sent me reminders when my appointment was coming up. When I dropped off my car, they quickly sent me text updates telling me how long it might take for repair, parts to come in, etc. When I picked my car up, it looked great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. They even cleaned my car which I was not expecting but was a pleasant surprise as I have a toddler and I'm not always able to go and get a nice vacuum for the inside of the car. I just picked up my car and I am very happy with their work. However, the only thing I am concerned about is the passenger side view mirror. The replacement mirror has the etched on warning. And the original factory mirror does not have the etched warning. I will call and ask about that. Other then that, I have NO complaints at all. I highly recommend Kelly's Paint & Body. Update: So in the US having the etched warning label is required on passenger side view mirror. But the car still looks amazing. And if I could get a mirror with no etched writing I would highly enjoy that."
