"I was decently happy with the service that we had received here at the Grovetown H&R, but after having just received a letter from one of our state taxes (had to file multiple) saying they never received the amendment from the ORIGINAL mess up of our 'tax specialist', Leticia Taylor, I was pretty irate. So, we just went to the off-season office and found out, she never attempted to fax the papers that she told us she was going to, rather she printed up the address and paper-clipped an envelope to the papers, and stocked it away without sending. Putting both my husband and me at risk for tax and credit problems. I will never come here again, and I definitely do not recommend Leticia Taylor."
