"I had two separate appointments .scheduled and upon arriving nobody was there to see me on my first. I called customer service and they said that there was no record of the center being closed that day and so somebody should have definitely been there.. We went ahead and rescheduled and again nobody was there to see me for my second appointment. I have been to this location 3 years in and this year has just been trouble."
