"I got in touch with this business January of this year. Sylvia Simpson agreed to assist with helping me with getting myJamaican passport replaced. What should have taken about 60-90days, turned into almost 7 months. Sylvia advised that she contacted the Jamaican Consulate with some questions about getting this done due me living in Arizona. Sylvia then went MIA on me for about 2months. I then contacted the Jamaican Consulate myself and they answered my question while on the phone with them. I'm not sure why Miss Sylvia tried to say it took her months for a response. Things didn't end there. It took her another month to send me back my documents. She then advised that she had misplaced my birth certificate. After reaching out to her weekly she finally said she found it and would mail it to me. More than a month later after she "found" it, I've been BEGGING her to mail it to me and she has yet to do so. We're now 8months in and I have gotten no help from her. She also took $150 from the money's I sent her and she has done NOTHING and also misplaced my birth certificate. She's unprofessional, unresponsive and lack compassion for others. Listen, run the other way if you need to plan a vacation or need help with your Jamaican passport."
