Good Day Transport

"Called 12:43pm for a return trip back home and waited until 2:15pm to get picked up. After I requested to speak to a supervisor, waited on hold for 15 minutes, I got disconnected. I called back and they called an Uber to pick me up. Terrible. Called Modivcare to delete Good Day Transport as a preferred transportation. What a waste of time dealing with them. NEVER NEVER AGAIN. Knuckle heads!"

"The absolute worst transportation company. If you you love your family, DO NOT USE them. My father who is paralyzed and has a sacral ulcer was forced to wait 5 hrs for the transportation to get him home. This was in the middle of winter! When I made several attempts to contact them and get an update, they purposely stopped taking my calls. This whole ordeal was traumatizing not only for me but especially for my dad."

"They pick my 92 yo mother and I up on time so I was hopeful it would finally be a good experience with the service. Between Access A Ride and other services there have been horrible experiences. The return pick up was the problem. We were scheduled to be picked up at 2:30 however when we did not receive confirmation of the return trip I called and was left on hold for 15 minutes so I called back only to be left on hold again after 30 minutes I was advised we would be picked up at 3:30. I asked the dispatcher if the driver would be there at 3:30 because we have to be home by 5, was it smoke and mirrors that they would be there. She laughed and said they would be there At 3:50 frustrated we took an Uber. While in route home at 4Pm received a call the driver was outside. One and a half hours later after a scheduled pick up time. This is a terrible way to treat Seniors who are trying to make it to the doctor and back. If you schedule a trip and receive confirmation of the pick up times how are you not advised of any issues with your return trip They pick you up then leave you stranded at their mercy in all kinds of weather with no regard for your safety or well being. It’s shameful"

"The worst transportation company in all of Brooklyn. Please do not use. Save yourself the headache. They came to pick up my wheelchair bound father 2 hours after the pick up time. And on the way back home they canceled the ride and I had to wait another 2 hours just to get back home. Not worth it."

"My 97 year old grandpa waited over 2 hours sitting in a cold lobby for their transportation to pick us up. We called the first time and they told us it was going to be a 40 minute wait, we waited 40 minutes, called them again and they told us it was going to be another 40 minutes. We called again after waiting for 2 hours and all they can tell us was "there is nothing we can do" and couldn't even give us an ETA. We requested they at least call the driver to see how much longer it would take but she refused. We ended up waiting over 2 hours for their services but eventually we gave up waiting and called ourselves an Uber that was compatible with wheelchairs. Overall, their services and their attitude was trash, 10/10 would NEVER use again."
