"I just got off the phone with them, and the lady that answered was very rude and disrespectful. Online it says that they're open, but I called just incase because it would've been inconvenient to travel there and not know for sure. I asked the lady whether they're open and she told me they are not (not what is stated on the Google hours). I then ask what are their hours on Saturday where she proceeds to tell me, "I just told you we're closed, why does it matter?!". I simply asked a question since Saturday's are my off days and the time I'll be able to come in. If you don't want people to know what hours your business runs, don't have one! Work on your customer service please."

"They pick up my barrel on December 2nd thinking it will get home for Christmas keep calling them before Christmas. Christmas came new year start only promises twenty days they finally call imagine a barrel taking this long? I send a barrel to st Vincent with another company affter that one and they get it in time for Christmas i will call you tomorrow is all they saying. But they never do. Lie lie lie."
