So of course they are bias, find somewhere else for your uhaul services etc. Julio and his gang are not professional they increase mileage, change time, increase charges on fluid rates, do what it takes to increase cost on whatever so customers will pay more. They are not willing to resolved any problems. Very bad customer service."
