Classic Collision

"They did not take the truck when they said they would. When they did get the truck and gave us a date, it wasn't ready! The shop and office are not in sync with what's going on. We would get a text that truck would be ready, but when we called, no one knew what we were talking about. They couldn't fix the sensors and were supposed to call us when the dealership could fix that. That was 3+ weeks ago, and we still haven't heard from them! We will never take our vehicle to them again!"

"Unprofessional and unreliable. I tried to have my car repaired at Classic Collision. After looking at my car, Carrie said that “they would get back to me”. That did not happen. I called Carrie 4 times and she was always “busy” and would return my call. Well that never happened either. Don’t use this business."
