"They are very late, and VERY inconsistent. I take care of an adult that attends the day program and I can never plan my day and go to my doctor's appointments on time because they never come to the assigned location at the time they are supposed to be there. When calling the base to voice my complaints, the staff are very rude and unapologetic. There's never a day that goes by when I have to use this transportation service and the process is seamless. Its either there's a new driver, they're extremely late, or the driver takes the individual to the wrong drop off location. Along with these issues, they have HORRIBLE communication skills, if they're late it's always ME (the customer) that has to call to check where the vehicle is, there is never a head's up from their end. DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE!"

"Where shall I began this is the worst transportaion company to deal with especially if you have special needs adult that attend adult day program the staff are rude nasty all the way to the supervisor. They never pick up the people on time and have adults that attend day program 4 to 5 hours late which don't even make sense for them to go and then turnaround to comeback home. If you make complaint they are nasty and very unprofessional and rude espically the dispatcher all the way down to supervisor which his name is Louis if you have adult that need transportation to a program I repeat DO NOT USE WESTCHESTER AMBULETTE!!!"

"Westchester Ambulette provides ineffective and unprofessional service that places the consumer's safety and well being at risk. They pickup a special needs consumer attending an Adult Day Care program, and discharges said consumer independently at an incorrect drop off location - not once, but two days in a row. On the third day, Westchester Ambulette was 1 1/2 hours late to pickup from the Adult Day Care Center. When they are contacted via phone to review, clarify, and rectify their gross misconduct, they respond with ineptitude delivered in a dismissive, rude, and unapologetic manner. They need to shut this operation down until they can communicate and implement an action plan that ensures the safety of all consumers!!!"
