"Visiting and took a different cab company to my location. When leaving this cab company was suggested. Thought maybe it was better. NOT! Charged 70% more. Also, both back doors were locked, even though it looked as if the doors were unlocked. The driver had to get out and open the doors suggesting we didnt know how to open car doors. We were locked in. Very unnerving."

"I am a regular customer - someone who uses taxis about 5 times a week or more. Classic is a HORRIBLE company I would not recommend it to anyone. Every single time I call they say 5 to 10 minuets before the car arrives to pick me up...however it is ALWAYS a lie! If you chose to use this company call about 1 hour in advance from your desired pick up time. I have been late to work, got home super late, and missed like EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT because they do not know how to run a business. They lie to you, ignore your calls when you call to check on where the car is, or just hang up on you! I am a very patient person but when a car is constantly late or simply NEVER SHOWS UP the situation is just simply ridiculous - do yourself a favor & call another company. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO!!!!!"
