"I bought a tire and decided to get an oil change since the price was 10.00 less than another location nearby. I came up to see him doing it and my Prius calls for OW 20 and he was putting in 05W20 which is a thicker and cheaper grade. I asked him why since it is written on the oil cap. He told me it is the same thing. It is not! It is a thicker and cheaper grade. I checked the sticker and he wrote on it 0W20. They are crooks! Watch anything they do and do not trust them!"
