"BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I recently purchased a Dodge 4500 from this dealership. I live in Texas and flew in. Before doing so I stressed that I wanted the truck completely gone through. Well, of course they scammed me. My wife and I flew in and picked up the truck. It didn’t make it 850 miles. They put 2 different hubcaps on the truck that I paid over 500 bucks for, and still haven’t fixed it or mailed me new ones, they said it was ready to go to work. I believe in facts more than opinion. We got to Shreveport La on our way home before almost being killed due to faulty bearings and hubs, and the front wheel almost came off on I-20 Additionally the front transfer case was shot. The truck has been broke down since November 13 and is still in the shop. Totaling over 7k in repairs for a truck I didn’t have more than 2 days before having to have it towed to the closest shop. Please see attached invoice for the repairs. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!! BEN NELSON LIED TO US AND THEN CALLED WHERE THE TRUCK IS BEING REPAIRED AND ASKED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT GENTLEMAN THERE TO LIE SO THINGS WOULD GE COVERED. Naturally they said they would not lie for him, and we are out 7k. Again, proof is provided in picture. Management is terrible. Ben Nelson has lied to my wife and I and clearly the owner doesn’t care at all. No one has followed up as they said they would, or corrected the problems. They also sold us a warranty they said covered everything. The dealership manager Ben Nelson said “I’ve spoken to them and they will pay it once your reviews come down”. The lies we’ve been told are ridiculous and too many to count! Make your own decision but I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU LIVE IN THE TOWN!! Happy shopping, but buy your truck somewhere else. It isn’t worth the risk here."

"When other dealers are advertising one price and then adding thousands in fees when you get there Cooper gives you the actual price. Also they are not marking new vehicles above MSRP. The salesman Kenneth was super good at communicating and very patient and not pushy. He was even willing to deliver my vehicle to me without me asking. I got a full tank of diesel and was overall very pleased with my Ram 2500."

"I would NEVER go to this dealer for ANYTHING!! DO NOT take your vehicle here for service! Had a fuel filter replaced on my Ram 3500 and it was installed incorrectly. The picture is of the fuel puddle that my truck was making because of the fuel leak. Had another dealer replace the fuel filter. This dealer is refusing to reimburse me for the second fuel filter repair even though the second repair order states "fuel filter leaking because it was installed incorrectly." If a dealership will not stand behind their work, I think they will not stand behind any of their products and would not even consider buying a vehicle from them as well."
