"Requested PDS to help with a delivery of 5500 pounds of haz chemicals. Pickup and drop off were 11 miles apart in New Jersey. They were given 24 hour notice for pickup window and still did not pickup on time. Had to wait until next day and delayed my delivery by 24 hours. Even with the service failure they charged $1100 which is WAY over market price and refused to discount for a service failure."
