"Came to get a tire changed a young guy got smart with my husband when he asked for a new tire the guy came around talking about he couldn’t fix it then got smart with my husband when he asked him if he was ok. As this will be my last time. Coming here. Very unprofessional. Only one who was decent was the older gentleman who took over after the fact the younger man was still trying to go back and forth very unprofessional!"

"I'm giving four stars because my experience overall was okay. I got three tires replaced for $120 and that's tough to beat considering my car. And I looked past the slightly less than customer service because I do not mind being around "real" people and not robots. However the reason I didn't give five stars was due to ignorance on the technican's side. After having my tires replaced, my tire pressure light came on after driving down the road. So I returned and the techs had nothing for me except for "you didn't have sensors." I do not know much about cars outside of body repair and paint, so I started to become irritated, especially when all I got from them was a shrug, and brushed off. So I had to call my dealership and they walked me through calibrating my system. This discount tire shop didn't know that is all that was needed and I had to figure it out for myself. I went back to explain it to them so hopefully they will be more equipped to deal with this situation in the future. They told me their normal technician was off for the day, and I appreciate their honesty with me, even if they didn't know how to help me. The confusion and repair caused me to lose two hours of work as well, when it originally was supposed to only be thirty mins. So for that, I would give them four stars. They didn't do anything wrong. They just didn't know you have to calibrate the system after changing a tire on certain cars."

"After discovering my tire was split in the middle of a busy Saturday I called multiple places and nowhere had my tire size, I called Greens and they were very eager to help me and just so happened to have two tires left of the ones I needed, they put them on hold for me and I rushed over there and dropped my truck off and they put two tires, did a mount and balance for only $100! (The tires were used but in GREAT condition) and they were able to finish up fairly quickly. The people were so nice and they did such a good job getting me in and out, I would definitely recommend them."
