"Walgreens Pharmacy department used to be so nice. The staff and pharmacists were great even when they were busy. They got new management. Now, all but 2 staff members and both pharmacists have left. They can see you waiting when you’re next in line and they will walk away from the counter. Plus if you need a prescription filled on Sunday, the store and pharmacy are closed."
"I’ve been using this pharmacy for 10+ years. The staff are polite and helpful. They put in extra effort for their customers. Drive through is always a plus."
"Love coming here people are always nice and polite very helpful. The wait on medication is a little long but other then that it's a nice place. The store is always clean."
"Before I start this review I want to state that I think Walgreens pharmacists are handcuffed by the corporation, so it's hard to fault them. This is going to be a long review. Let's start with what I like: The drive-thru (when its working smoothly), reminder texts, and app. Yep that's it. My first poor experience: I had a script that originally had been filled at Corning Wegmans which I moved to Walgreens in Bath for convenience. It was written so that my daily dosage was 3 pills at 5 mg. each. When I went to pick it up, Walgreens had filled it with 15 mg. pills. once a day. They had changed my Dr.'s prescription. There was a reason I had the script written for 3 pills - I did not always have to take a full dose. When questioned, they said that "Walgreens" would not allow them to fill it as ordered. I did not know a pharmacist could change a Dr.'s script. What I should have asked was how they felt about a law suit when I took three 15 mg pills instead of one, out of habit. Anyways no problem filling at TOPS the way it was written. To be fair, they have now changed whatever ludicrous rule that was and will fill it as requested by the doctor. My 2nd poor experience was with a script not covered by insurance, originally filled by Corning Wegmans, who used Good RX to "automatically" to get me a better price. Again I transferred to Walgreens in Bath, for convenience purposes. When I filled it at Walgreens, I noticed (when I got home) they had charged me full price. So I took it back to them and found out they do not automatically use Good Rx, but they were nice enough to adjust the price and give me some money back, but here's the rub: TOPS, Rite Aid, and Wegmans are right around $16 for this script through Good RX. Walgreens is $40!! I should mention that Target and CVS prices are high also. FYI, they do not automatically use Good RX because they want you to buy into their discount script program, which is most likely why their Good RX price is so high. When I say they, I'm talking about Walgreens the company. My third poor experience was most likely due to a poorly organized manager. I sat in line at the drive-thru, I was the 4th car back. It normally does not take too long, so I waited.... and waited, and waited much longer then usual. When I got up to the window, there was a sign that said that the drive-thru was being used for covid testing - that you had to go inside to get your script. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? A sign should have been placed at the entrance, not on the window. Then I had to go wait in line inside to pick up my script. The explanation I received for the ill placed sign was that it would not stay adhered to the building - a bunch of balderdash - so buy a portable sign stand! My 4th poor experience occurred when I went inside to pick up a script when COVID vaccines were being given. Again I'm guessing a poorly organized manager was the issue. They had ONE line for everyone. Instead of having a line for those wanting a vaccine, and a separate line for those picking up a script, we were all together. What should have taken me 5 minutes, took over a half hour of standing in line. Needless to say, I have been slowly but surely transferring my scripts to TOPS."
"Do not go get your Covid -9 shot at this place. Overb 45 min wait time just to get a booster after all paperwork filled out online. Short staff and your better off going to the ER."
