"Ordered glass a week ago, was told order was ready yesterday, told them I would be there at opening to pick up first thing in the morning at opening time for them. Left jobsite 30 mins away mid job to pick up the glass, nobody was there, nobody was answering phones. Left a voicemail asking them to call back emphasized a need for punctuality in my schedule for the day and week, ran an errand in the area. Eventually called back and the calls were sent to voicemail after only two rings.. didn’t hear back until almost 11:30…two and a half hours after I should have had my glass. Upon pickup, only vocalizing courtesy, the operations manager has very little in the way of customer appreciation to offer. She made the exchange awkward and uncomfortable, and wouldn’t even exchange courtesy greetings. In short if you don’t want to manage the operations of a customer service position, quit or retire. Not recommending or using them again."
