Customers can also drop off their securely sealed and properly labeled FedEx packages at this location, saving them an extra trip to a FedEx facility. Packages must weigh less than 55 pounds and be smaller than 48" x 25" x 25" to be accepted.
There are no additional fees for using this location for pickup or dropoff services. Pre-packaged and pre-labeled return packages for online shopping can also be dropped off here. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility.
Please note that all packages must be boxed, sealed, and labeled prior to dropping off at this location. FedEx Express and FedEx Ground packages are accepted, as well as international packages with a U.S. originated address. For assistance with packing supplies or hazardous material shipments, customers can visit a staffed FedEx location in Hamburg.
