Got off to a great start as Angie is the perfect first point of contact for this business. Great, positive, friendly interaction at all times with Angie. She also went out of her way to handle transportation from rental car facility to the shop. The first thing Barrett Automotive tried to do was save me some money! Questioned initial diagnosis from dealer and did some additional testing. We wound up with the original diagnosed issue but the effort was put in to try to reduce cost of major repair. I highly recommend this business, would use them again. Made a painful costly repair much more bearable."
