"Don't waste your time calling this company. No credibility whatsoever. I had scheduled a pick for Saturday 9/10/22 NO call, No show. On Monday I was left a message the man screaming my name to pick up my boxes. I called yesterday the representative said I was on the list and the driver would call me. Again, no show, no call...Today is Wed 9/14/22. I haven't heard from anyone. The men that pick-up the boxes are very rude and act as if they are doing you a favor. Overly ghetto, no professionalism, do not know what customer service is."

"The worst company, the employees think they are owners, the owner must be someone else as unethical as his employees, without education, they don't notify you, they tell you that they are coming tomorrow and you waste the day waiting and after 5 days they call you to pick up, I don't recommend it to anyone, customers value it and it's about following the rules but that company is a disaster I don't recommend it, the person who picks up the boxes (picapica) does whatever he wants and is a Bad manners, treats customers poorly."
