"HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I waited an hour, no phone call, no reason explained. There's so many transportation companies, please use another."

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. The staff that works at the base are disgusting. I set up transportation for my mom through her insurance to go to her appointments and these individuals have no consideration. On the day of her appointment they called me to tell me the cab was downstairs, I informed them that she needed 5 minutes to go down 3 flights of stairs with her cane. These inconsiderate people send her cab to pick someone else up and she had to wait outside for more than 45 minutes for another ride. Oh and the best part they had no transportation set up to pick her up from the appointment. Mind you I have pictures that show a pick up for her return home was set up. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I wish their was another place to report them where they get reprimanded."
