When I called I was transferred and put on hold then waited 20 no one picked up when I tryed calling back I just got their answering machine. Very unprofessional. Usually businesses that do this do it so you have to go there. Then when you travel all the way there they figure you will get what ever from them because you traveled all the way there. Not happy that they are wasting my time. It should not be that difficult to talk to someone in parts or in services."
