"I purchased my vehicle back in 2021. I found the entire Purchasing a pleasant enough experience. I love my vehicle! But the point of this review is to talk about an incident that happened today. My husband went to pick up my vehicle from the service department across the street who was unable to resolve the issue that was occurring with my vehicle. That service department said that no codes were thrown due to the issue and that I might have been imagining the situation. Why I’m leaving a review now is because my husband went to the manager, John, here to talk about the poor service that we received at the service department. My husband explained the situation and what was going on with my vehicle and John right away knew what was the problem. John was kind enough to show my husband where the battery was and that the issue was brought about due to corrosion on the battery. John helped my husband to get it a little bit better and proceeded to check my battery and tell me that the battery unfortunately was not holding the charge as it should. John was also able to pull up the codes that the vehicle through at the time of issue, but that the service department suddenly could not find themselves. He also cleared the codes! I am just so grateful to John for his knowledge and expertise at reassuring my husband and I that I did not just see what we described and for letting us know how to handle it in the future. That was above and beyond his job title and what he had to do. The photos attached are of the corrosion on the battery, and the codes that my vehicle was showing due to the issue."
