Take 5 Oil Change

"Definitely won’t return to another location…2nd time missing screws from the cover under my car! First time I had to take it to the dealership to be fixed and just had the oil changed days ago and the cover is scraping the road! At least inform me instead of hoping it won’t be noticed! Disappointing cause it was convenient, but last time I fix a major inconvenience!"

"Had the best experience! I’ve gone to several different locations but this one was definitely the best. Great service overall. The tech checked my under carriage filter (which was filthy) and I got it replaced along with my other services. I’ve strictly gone to Take 5 for the last several years and not once has a tech checked that filter. A++ service."

"The service was good and everyone was helpful and friendly; however, when it was time to pay, I was prompted to leave a tip. It was optional, but I still felt obligated. I have never been asked to leave a tip when having my oil changed. This was a new one for me. I chose to leave a tip, but I will probably go back to the place I normally get my oil changed after this because they also do an excellent job but I am never prompted to pay any extra. I just think things have become out of control with tipping! Do employers pay employees less now with the knowledge that their employees will be paid mainly with tips from customers?? That’s what it feels like. I’m sorry I used the word “tips” so much in this post! Anyway, the employees there were very professional and polite. I don’t blame them for any of this."

"Wow! Outstanding customer service over the phone and on site! I initially called with a couple of questions and to inquire about the price of an oil change. I didn't catch the young man's name that was helping me on the phone, but he was very kind and helpful ! Upon arrival, I was greeted by Casey. Not only was he kind and polite, but he answered my questions and concerns. And, bonus, he was an honest mechanic! I had explained that due to the fact I rarely drive my car, mileage wise I was well under the recommended mileage to change my oil, but, timewise, I was well past the date. I explained that I took a look at the oil myself and it looked clean to me, but I was concerned about some of my fluid levels. He offered to take a look at the oil and fluid levels and, after doing so, he confirmed that my oil was in excellent condition and there was no reason to change it at this time. When I inquired how much it would be to just top off the fluids since I wasn't getting an oil change, he double-checked and came back and told me it would be free of charge. And I was a first-time visitor! Wow! I didn't think this kind of customer service (and honesty) existed anymore! Thank you, Casey, and thank you Take 5 Oil Change! You put a big smile on my face today! I look forward to returning in the near future for an actual oil change! You have easily gained my customer loyalty!"
