"First time at this dealership. We regularly service our Pilot, but this dealership found a number of expensive issues despite us coming in for a warning light (loose gas cap light) and an oil/filter change. My wife handled so I hope she is not being taken advantage of as I see no discounts were applied despite the dealership having a $30 off $300+ service coupon. Now we're scheduled to come back in for a $3000+ repair and initially a courtesy loaner wasn't offered when she called back for the recommended repairs, so we spoke to Randy and he is now taking care of that. Oh, and we got charged $60 for a new gas cap and the warning light is still coming on. I hope this isn't going to end badly..."

"Arrived at 3:30 for my scheduled service- waited around awkwardly for 10 minutes without a greeting or acknowledgement ( though several employees walked by me without making any eye contact) before I finally walked over and interrupted someone doing paperwork to ask if there was any place in particular I should go to check in. I was directed to go stand by my car which I did for another 7 minutes before someone walked over and asked if I had an appointment. When I expressed my frustration the man did apologize and took $25 off my service, which I appreciate. The gentleman who ended up working with me was very nice but I’m still put off."
