"I began taking all of my automobiles to Tim for service several years ago. He's on top of things, his prices are reasonable, and he is kind and upfront. After having a terrible experience with another NAPA auto care center, NAPA USA referred me to Advantage auto to have a transmission replaced in my wife's 07 Honda fit. They covered all of the labor costs but I had to pay for the used transmission.
