They will harass you constantly with the worst deals and then harass you for not taking them and ask you why you reapplied well because your team member insist and don't let up. Nothing but attitude if you don't give them what they want. You can't just pay your loan off they have to make sure they get as much time out of it as possible so they play games. Then the rep thinks he is in control of whether or not I get a early payoff discount it's in the contract you don't get to use that as leverage against your clients. Once my loan is paid I'm forwarding all contact to the state department."

Wasted my time, we have done over $800k (never missed even one payment) in similar products from other companies and have never been asked for the amount of documentation after we were told we were already approved; we actually provided more than they asked. Thanks for nothing and for wasting my time, next time don't say approved if you are going to shop us around and/or lead us on with other lenders, we are not as dumb as you think..."
