"This company is TOTALLY unorganized .. the manager Mike doesn't even have a clue what's going on in their own warehouse .. he set up delivery with me ..told me to drive all the way from Canada ..I made it there and he had already sent my truck away .. and told me to go elsewhere .. really ? He didn't even seem to care that he left me high and dry with a trucker sitting for hours .. me lost and no where to go ..and other shipping companies on hold ..he did not seem to care about anything other then not doing any extra work .. DONT USE BUFFALO TRANSPORT they don't stay with their word.. I'd be afraid of my shipment just never showing up .. beware.. . Very shady company. Very unprofessional.. with no cares for anyone .."
