"DO NOT HAUL FOR THIS BROKER. If I could give this broker zero stars I would. First the pickup city posted on the DAT load board and the city provided on the RateCon was off by over 100 miles. I told the driver to still go ahead with the load, my driver arrived to pickup, and sat there for 9 hours waiting to be loaded. I submitted the documents for detention, called to follow up on the status, but the broker, RYAN, WATTS would ask me to hold and never return to the phone, this was done to both the driver and myself. I was able to contact another broker under the same brokerage firm, who informed me the brokers were all individually operated and not connected, but he would send an email on my behalf to RYAN, WATTS in regards to the drivers detention pay, as that did not sound like good business practice. RYAN, WATTS emailed me shortly after asking for the BOL with time stamps, which I provided and to date I have heard nothing from RYAN, WATTS in regards to the 9 hours the driver sat waiting."
