"I ordered my flowers for my wedding from this establishment 2 months in advance. The day of my wedding I receive something that doesn't look anything like what I was supposed to get. When I spoke to the florist and requested a refund he said I should be ashamed of myself for asking of this. He stated that the the flowers he needed for my arrangement didn't come in. He should have at least called to ask what to replace it with instead of assuming on his own."
