"Not worth the money. Very bad service. I make an order online send flowers to Sheraton hotel which is two minutes walk. Ask to deliver before 8 AM. They called a Uber takes 50 minutes to arrive. Arrived at 8:20. And they put the flowers in the vase. Who can take a vase to the graduation ceremony. Never buy flowers here. Bad service."

"Customer service was TERRIBLE. I ordered flowers for my friends grandmas funeral she could not attend and spent $90.00 on something I DID NOT ORDER. When trying to get my money back they said they could not do that.. I asked them to mail my friend flowers instead of giving my money back and they said i would have to pay extra for another delivery when i already spend $90.00 on TERRIBLE FLOWERS.. When stating that i wanted them delivered for free they hung up on me.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL"
"I had such a terrible experience with Artistry In Flowers. I would not recommend this company to a friend. I called for an arrangement Tuesday, late morning and it was never delivered, which was very upsetting. No one called me to let me know it was not getting delivered. I had to call when my boyfriend told me he never received any flowers and then got excuse after excuse from the florist as to why it was never delivered. Someone called me back the next day to let me know they would be delivering the flowers that day. When I got a photo of what was delivered I was shocked. I asked for tulips thinking they would make something nice. They only included 5 tulips in the arrangement! I spent $65.00 and got a terrible outcome. I called to ask for a refund, but they said they would not refund me since the flowers were signed for and delivered (a day late.) I would never use this florist ever again."
