"Took vehicle in for replacement of sunroof with UV glass or comparable plexiglass. Tray, service man, decided cardboard, clear plastic and yellow duck tape was just the fix, did it without my permission and wanted $100. To which I tore it off and left with my keys. Scammers and liars. They promise one thing and do a backassed other. Wish I had photo but I was so shocked and upset. They treat women with patronization and disrespect."
