"A giant scam. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. We had a very bad experience. If you so choose to work with them make sure you read the documents they provide because many many mistakes get made and make sure everything is in writing. This Chuck guy told us that the lender would pay them and we wouldn't see that cost. Well when it came down to it there was a $4k broker fee that we had to pay...why? Because that's the only way he could get the lowest rate if we paid them instead of the lender. He never told us this, just did it on his own. That is just one of many examples of the frustration when dealing with this company. I have purchased 3 homes and would go straight to a lender. Period. End of story."
