"Please do not use this company. This man is a crook. A nonprofit organization used his services for a back to school program in Jamaica and he tried to scam them. His company took the barrels and never shipped the items to Jamaica. More than 200 children will now be left without any school supplies for the upcoming school year. Upon receiving the cargo he disconnected all numbers and methods to contact him. Even the company in Jamaica that he is suppose to work with has no methods of contacting him either."

"Please do not use this company. Two barrels was picked up form my home on December 29th 2022 and as of March 9, 2023 the shipment was not received by the freight company in Jamaica. As per Combine Freight in Jamaica they have not received a shipment from Dales United Shipping company since January 3, 2023. I have called , text, emailed and as February 8th when texted and stated that the barrels will be in Jamaica the following week. I would respect if he would just stated what the situation was than totally ignore my calls. This is one of the reasons why I refused to patronize Jamaican businesses because of the level of unprofessionalism. I went against my better Judgement because this company was highly recommended. IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEADACHE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SHIPPING NEEDS."
