"Autumn, the FCM at the 1188 NiagaraFalls Blvd location, restored my lost faith in humanity today. I had a friend out of state in trouble and immediately in the need for funds, and I tried to deposit, but policy was no cash. I had to get money orders, but they didn't clear immediately, and she saw me in distress and went above and beyond. I let the manager know as well, but if she were not there to care and assist, my friend would have been evicted by the end of tomorrow with her autistic daughter who are 10 hours from me, I felt helpless and cash apps are not that safe. What an amazing human and asset she is! Thank you from all of us! Pam"

What started as an attempt to close one of my accounts, turned into Zach connecting me with a very pleasant Peter, who then gave me more information on homeownership and the many resources available to me at the bank.
