"Do not take your car to this shop. I took my car for tire replacement, and they ended up damaging the body of my vehicle. I have been calling them to get a resolution, but they passed me on to their liability center, gave me their number to follow up with, and made it seem like that is my issue now. Plus, nobody is answering and calling me back from the claim center. I am beyond frustrated with this situation and don't know what to do. They also put my spare tire incorrectly, and I was lucky that tire didn't fall and create an accident. Please refer to the pictures in this review."

"I made an online appointment on 11/6 to have new tires put on my car on 11/13. I arrived at the store on 11/13 at 8:47 (my appointment was at 9) so I could go ahead and get checked in. I was informed that they did not have the tires that I had chosen for my car, nor did they have any other tires that would fit my car at the store. They told me they could go pick up some tires, but that it would take at least an hour to go get them. I made the appointment a week in advance so I wouldn’t have a long wait time and could get everything done that I need to on my only day off. I don’t have time to sit around for 3 or 4 hours (the last two times I went to have my oil changed it took about 2 hours.) I will not be back!"

"Liz was very helpful when I arrived after an unexpected flat tire on a Sunday afternoon. She greeted me right away, took a look at the tire, and did a search of available inventory. We were able to find what I needed and she assured me I’d be taken care of. There were a handful of people waiting (understandably so given most places were closed) and everyone was able to get in and out pretty quickly. I was out in about an hour and so grateful they accepted my walk-in. Liz was very polite and knowledgeable, way to go Liz!"

"I don’t have an issue with service they have performed . I do, however, take issue with my time being wasted. I make appointments for scheduled service for a reason. If I make an appointment for 1 pm, you don’t pull in my car until 2:05 pm, and it is still on the rack at 15:03 with nothing happening when I just had an oil change and tire rotation done there is an issue. This is not an emergency room, no medical emergencies. If you walk in without an appointment you should wait, not the people who thought ahead and made appointments."
