"I've had the displeasure of two big orders being delivered through this company. The first order had products completely smashed. This second time had a couple smashed boxes and was missing 70% of the order."
"Many of these trucks are instructed to go into residential areas without proper equipment. These are not UPS size packages for Grandma. These are trucks that are 10, 12, 16, and 18 wheelers delivering to home businesses and farms. Often the drivers drive alone and are put in a position where they have to use their own bodies to lift heavy objects that can result in health issues. They need to treat both their employees and customers better. And more people need to write their experiences on here so that folks know they are not alone in this manner."
"Worst company ever. They call you for scheduling a drop off the same day they think it is gonna happen plus they always treat you very bad over the phone. We paid extra charges for delivery inside and never happened. My husband picked up himself 2 pales of huge boxes after paying extra and after paying late delivery even if the first time the driver never even made it to out house."
"Driver is 45min past a 6hr window for pick up and the customer service rep didn't seem to care that it was not ok. Now I pay my guys overtime to sit around and wait for a driver who couldn't call. Pyles excuse was that the driver was caught in traffic. Late, no phone call and the rep really didn't care. This is for replacement parts for a package that A Duie Pyle damaged on the first shipment. There are better carriers."
