"We never saw ourselves having to use public transportation. But as of Aug.19 had no choices anymore. ATA office staff was great. Very patient. They would call the night before to remind.etc. when I get in the van it is always warm/cool great climate. The drivers are intelligent and can carry on great conversations. Helps when they at times are the only ppl I talk to that week. A d then riding the city bus always on time always clean and very accommodating. Hats off ATA. I have so much respect for you guys and girls. always remember that if you scheduled for a 8 am ride. they have a 15 min both ways. ATA would always call me if l was not out that door in 5 min."

"Would have been nice to know ahead of time that there is a 15 minute window before or after the time They give you for your pick up time. Because I wasnt told this after the fact i litterally missed them by a minute or 2. Not a big deal if i was just running to town or it was a drs appointment, but it was for a mothers day thing at my kids school. Also it erks me that they dont have a regular bus that comes to Lewis Run. Was planning on using Them for other things but this situation has turned me off to the McKean County Transport (ATA). Other then That they were polite on the phone but knowing I was a new customer they should make it aware their policies, not everyone looks at the website which I'm sure its stated."
