"This is the 2nd time I have tried this car wash, only to be rudely told by the “manager,” that I couldn’t be served. 1st time was because of my roof rack on the Jeep. 2nd time was because of the spot lights securely attached to the front of my Jeep and tack welded to not come off, but was told once again I couldn’t be served. I have had absolutely no problem at all being served at any, and I mean ANY other car washes. And the “manager” was very rude about it. I will never even attempt to go here ever again, and everyone I know in every Jeep and Auto club I am affiliated with will not use this car wash either."

"Went to Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Pickens today, and used my free coupon. They were having issues with the wash, I waited patiently and they motioned me through. After the wash I went to the vacuum lane and noticed my car was not clean at all. Another customer came up to me and said that I needed to say something, my car was still very noticeable dirty. I went and talked to the very nice worker and he acknowledged that there was an issue and my car was not clean. He said that there was no soap dispensing from the wash. He took down my name and number and said someone will reach out to me, and hopefully they will. I don’t understand why they were still pushing cars through the wash, knowing it was down. I watched a few cars leave with just water rinsed vehicles. If you didn’t acknowledge it to the workers, they just let you leave. These images are after the wash."
