Not impressed with professional experience of this place at all. For the money, I’d go elsewhere. Still worried my oil could start leaking at any moment."

"Do NOT use this place unless you want your vehicle damaged. Bought a brand new vehicle, took my vehicle in for an oil change at Pickens Valvoline on Gentry Memorial Highway, the service people guided me in and guided me right over top of the metal guide rails, which caused a huge gaping cut under my vehicle. After I heard the metal in metal, I backed out, the service people looked at it, the manager did and called Valvoline Customer Service to make a claim “for me”. They took ZERO pictures, didn’t get my statement and Lindsey the Area Manager denied my claim. I’ve called multiple times for an update and Vech at Valvoline Customer Service told me basically “too bad”. This was a newly purchased vehicle, everything in tact, and they denied a claim with ZERO pictures, stating it was “preexisting”. My paint is still on the metal at Valvoline, so not sure how that’s preexisting. The manager at the location ‘quit’ the next day, Lindsay denied my claim the same day he ‘quit’. They are a big company and there isn’t anything you can do. Save your money and go somewhere reputable, for your pockets sake."
