"Walked in ready to buy pretty much any thing.2 guys there working, not even greeted me and there was 0 customers in the store, 1 if you count me. One guy even went to the back and walked past me twice, nothing. No can I help you find something, I was a ghost. I was in there for quite awhile browsing the racks, and looking for anything Yankee that I already don't have, but from not being acknowledged at all, I walked out. I'll take my business elsewhere. Fanatics is awesome and many things are not overpriced. They can continue to have conversations about who is leaving early and who won't make it to where they are hanging out. I even started making a little game of it and walked pretty much the entire store. When stores go under to online shopping, this is the reason. I walked into a store to receive help and received the same treatment as online shopping. I will never walk in there again. You just lost a customer who spends alot of money on merch. ✌"

"Wife bought a jersey for me and I didn't like. Went to return it in 2 days, they said no returns, only store credit. Although they said you can return before she bought it. When she told them you said so, they said, yes you can return, bit will take a store credit. Nonsense for a franchise that wanna build a name. This company will die soon.
