"When “Rahma Pharmacy” started their business initially, they were pretty active but within a year round they became the worst in their services ! Perhaps they thought they had enough of their good terms and they built their reputation so they started to neglected their professionalism ! Now they lost it completely and can guarantee if they don’t re-organize their services than sooner they will be out of this business too. #1. How come a pharmacy doesn’t respond to their customers call, only they knows & it’s not only me, couple of other people talked about it in the pharmacy to them too but seems like they don’t care and that’s how they want to treat their customers! #2. Medicines comes with shortages in quantity cause sometimes monthly refills of prescription medicines gets empty before some of the other medicines still left to be ended ! #3. How come they can deliver wrong customer’s medication to your doorstep without checking it ! #4. After getting a prescription from doctors office only thing they do, is send you an automated message but after that no response, whether that medication is ready for pickup or delivery it or not, nothing ! #5. Sometimes even after requesting them to prepare some preparations medication they would not prepare it !!! What would you say for such, is it negligence or unprofessionalism ? So my question is what is their pharmacist checking or how unorganized a pharmacy team can be for such !!! So God willing, I am going to switch all of prescriptions from their pharmacy to some where else soon !"
