"Ordered flooring from home depot. Winter storm came no big deal. Says they will be here the day after storm. Day came and went nothing. Emailed with them said their driver got hung up. Rescheduled for a few days later which was ok. Driver text me that he was 45 minutes out. Driver then tried taking some persons driveway which was all ice and got hung up. I'm a firefighter so I responded to the call. Text the dispatcher later and he asked why I didn't get my order then. Also said can't bring my order to me for some reason as road I live on isn't weight rated and the bridges should have a high enough weight. Avoid this company if possible."

"Never called me to schedule delivery. Has had my product for almost a month. Ordered from home depot.com."

"Worst delivery service. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if the review didn’t make me in order to post this. I ordered flooring for a job from Home Depot. The order left Home Depot and was in Braun’s possession for over two weeks. When the delivery finally got scheduled, it was to be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, no delivery, not even a call. I had to email these guys for an update. The dispatcher emailed me the next day telling me the driver ran out of time and they would be calling in a few days to reschedule the deliver. Our job is scheduled for Thursday the same week so a few days isn’t going to work. I asked if they could get this to me sooner cause I needed it by early Thursday. He said he couldn’t do an am delivery since they are coming from Syracuse but someone would call to schedule delivery for Thursday. That afternoon I got an email back from the guy saying the best they could do is Friday. I will be buying different flooring today locally (twice the cost) to complete our job on time because these guys can’t do theirs. I would avoid using this company at all cost. They are not dependable or responsive enough."

"Worst shipping company I ever had to deal with. I ordered turf from Turf Factory Direct in Georgia and the turf was sitting at Brauns’ warehouse in Syracuse for over a week. Braun’s didn’t even schedule the delivery until I called them to get a status on the delivery. They finally scheduled the delivery for Wednesday between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. I called Braun’s at 3:30 on Wednesday to see what time the driver would be here with the delivery and after a short hold, I was told the driver wouldn’t be able to make the delivery until the next day. He was only 40 minutes from my house and he turned around to return to Syracuse, which is 3 1/2 hours away. If I didn’t call them, then I would have been sitting here waiting all evening. So much for taking a day off of work to wait around for a delivery that never came. Anyone buying a product from a company that uses Braun’s as their shipping company should go elsewhere, because they are an extremely unprofessional shipping company."
