"Do not purchase from this company. They are crooks. Years ago i purchased a diamond from them, i then upgraded it to a bigger one within a week or so. I ordered a halo ring to fit my old diamond so i had to have the halo resized to fit the bigger one. They charged me $500 to resize. I remember talking to someone named justin. Instead of sending it to simon g to have it resized, they did it themselves. The halo was completely crooked. When I called them out, they said they would send it to simon g to get it done. When i contacted simon g, they said there is no charge for that. I was scammed by this company. Do not let yourself get scammed like me."

"I now have a stunning Tacori engagement ring however I certainly do not recommend using this place. Their customer service is the worst in terms of replying to emails. My partner had to call in the end (a few times) to purchase the ring. They also did not clarify over the phone and ended up buying the wrong ring which caused stress over our weekend. Still no refund yet after six emails since 20th December for the difference paid after paying for the wrong ring. And they said over the phone there would not be an importation fee however there was. Certainly not the experience we were expecting! Do better."

"Not real happy with Since1910 right now. They promised my engagement ring would ship on Wednesday and arrive on Friday. I call on Friday, and they haven’t shipped it yet. They promised me that they will overnight it, so I am now being forced to wait at home all day because FedEx missed their delivery time. The ring did finally arrive, and it is beautiful, but the stress from worrying about having to reschedule the proposal made this an unpleasant experience."
