"They are the worst place to give you the service you deserve I’ve called to ask questions and they just hang up or never answer they try to low ball your jewelry or watches I definitely don’t recommend this place"
"This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever seen. They weren’t interested in what I had and just hung up on me. When I called back the idiot acted like I was bothering him."
"I was calling to see if I can sell my tv and was disrespected. Whomever answered the phone was rude and disrespectful. Would not tell me his name or who was in charge. He hung up in my face multiple time because I was inquiring about how much my tv would sell for. I was not worth the time. Worst experience ever. Horrible customer service."
"Walked in this evening to spend some cash. The clerk told me to leave, said "he didn't have time for me." That " he needed to get to work where real customers were." Good way to show support for a repeat customer. Not any more. So i went next door and spent money at PAWN PRO. At least they know how to treat a customer!"
"I wish you could rate zero or negative stars. My 19yo son went in to purchase a mixer in which the price was $40 then instantly changed to $100. Not having his paycheck to pay the $100 he returned home. I drove down with my son to purchase the mixer and the price was now $350. I asked if he would meet halfway given the fact I drove 30 minutes to purchase this for my son and he stated the item is no longer for sale and I have 2 minutes to "get the hell out of his store". I have never, ever, been treated like this. I will NEVER return to this store (not that I frequent pawn shops anyway). Additionally, this individual was not wearing a mask and was shouting all over the place. So, in conclusion, should you wish to purchase what appears to be mostly stolen goods and get a case of covid while your at it, by all means, however, if you have half a brain, just don't stop. Trust me, this place is a waste of time and I will be ROTFL when it closes down in a matter of months."
