"Taylor, the bank manager, could not have been more helpful and kind. Having just moved from NC to VT, I found myself in need of a WF branch and drove 3.5 hours to get here. The teller was unable to help and I was going to fail in my quest, but Taylor stepped in and solved my issue. She is a highly professional manager who corrected what could have been a real problem for me. WF is lucky to have her running this branch."
"This has been my bank for years! It's always someone different every week I come so they don't get to know you, then the last 2 times I came they've been closed during normal business hours with no reason why no heads up no explanation! I'm at my limit, I'm switching banks to a more reliable one!!! And for those of us that don't have direct deposit driving 45 miles round trip to make a deposit just isn't worth it with a bank right around the corner from me! "I have never been more displeased with a bank in my entire life. After banking with Wells Fargo for over 10 years it has come time for me to close my accounts since I no longer live in the area. I was told the only way to do this was to do so in person and that it could not be done over the phone. After leaving work two hours early and driving an hour to arrive here I was told they could not process my request to close an account and the only way to do so is by appointment. However, I was never notified of over the phone. I am currently in the process of purchasing a home and I need to move my money to a local bank. Although I guess Wells Fargo doesn’t care about their customers personal financial needs and responsibilities. What if I moved out of the country and my family desperately needed outstanding money in a Wells Fargo account. You’re going to tell me I can’t close the account and I’ll just continuously be charged the 10$ fee for every time period I haven’t met the minimum balance? I will need to pay thousands of dollars for a flight just so I can close my account? I mean really how archaic is this. Unbelievable I will never bank with you again."
